The Jeep Gladiator in Wichita KS is an anomaly in the Jeep Universe. It combines the renowned qualities of a Jeep Wrangler with the practicality of a midsize pickup truck. The resultant hybrid comes in four trims. Of these, the Sport and Overland are the least expensive.
Two Trims
All trims of the 2022 Jeep Gladiator are equipped for five passengers in a crew-cab configuration attached to a five-foot cargo truck bed. The engines, a 3.6-liter V6 and a diesel-powered turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 are paired with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Sport Trim: This is the no-frills trim. It is the least expensive and the least adorned. However, it has sub-trims to increase its tech features, comfort level and exterior aesthetics. These number five and include the Sport S trim and the higher-end Altitude.
Overland Trim: In addition to the standard features of the Sport, this Gladiator has, as standard, automatic headlights, power windows and doors, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The touchscreen of the infotainment system increases to 8.4 inches and the audio to nine speakers. Choosing sub-trims and packages provide further enhancements

The 2022 Jeep Gladiator comes in four different but related trims. The two lower trim levels are the base Sport and the Overland. Within each level, it is always possible to improve the basic package, including opting for a sub-trim. Depending upon your preference, it will increase the cost but will also enhance the traits of the levels.
